Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking information). To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@luckyhareclothing.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must include original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked final sale
Worn or washed apparel
Items damaged after delivery
Made-to-order items (including products fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners) are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Returns are inspected and processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. We do not charge restocking fees.
